Messages sent to our WhatsApp account may be processed using automated workflows and artificial intelligence to identify context, classify the nature or sensitivity of a message, and prepare a suggested response. AI-generated drafts are not intended to be sent automatically. Jot reviews and approves responses before they are sent.

Our automated workflow is not intended to provide personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other regulated professional advice. Matters involving advice, complaints, negotiations, pricing, contracts, commitments, or other sensitive issues are routed for direct human review.
